Industry : EPC – Chemical / Petrochemical
Requirements :
a) Minimum 12 years of Experience in Process Engineering
b) Work Exposure on Chemical Projects
c) Should be qualified as Engineer – Chemical / Petrochemical / Petroleum
d) Basic and detail engineering phases in projects of oil & gas (onshore) /petrochemical/ chemical etc.
e) Should have capability to guide the design engineers / senior engineers team.
Job Profile :
1) Developing Process Flow Diagram
2) Developing Piping & Instrumentation Diagram
3) Design basis and Scenario analysis for Relief valve Design
4) Hazardous Area classification Diagram
5) Developing Process models in Simulation software like UNISIM, HYSYS etc.
6) Designing of Heat exchanger by using HTRI
7) Technical specifications and Technical Bid analysis
8) General arrangement drawings
9) Equipment vendor drawing
10) Design calculation report
11) Input from client
12) Review of 3-D model
13) RFI / Proposals
14) Man-hour estimation and shall be responsible for Schedule & adherence to project execution procedure
15) Monitoring of project man-hours, timesheets/leaves/ attendance authorization / leave planning of team members.
16) Resource utilization and should be conversant with Excel spreadsheet calculation, UNISIM, HYSYS, HTRI, Autocad etc.
– HAZOP methodology, SIL review
– ISO certified company environment
– Relevant Industrial design codes such as IS / API / ASME / Euro codes.
